Refund policy
At Mister Cigars, we strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 2–5 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This includes original packaging and no signs of use or tampering.
- Eligibility: All items are eligible for returns and refunds. However, if an item is not in the same condition as received, or if you simply do not like the product, a return or refund will not be granted.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@mistercigars.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue or reason for the return
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs upfront, including obtaining their own shipping label.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund both the shipping costs and the product cost together.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via email with your order number and a description of the issue. We are happy to process exchanges as long as the product is in its original condition.
International Orders
At this time, we do not ship internationally and therefore do not accept returns or exchanges from international locations.
