Free shipping to the USA when you spend $100.00 or more.

Order cut off time

6:00PM Monday - Friday (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Miami) 

Order Processing Time

  • Weekdays: Orders are processed within 1 business day 
  • Weekends: Orders are processed on the following Monday

Order transit time

  • Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days.

Shipping Methods

  • All our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 
  • Rush mail orders are shipped via UPS

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system, and your payment method has been approved.
  • You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days, complete with a tracking number and tracking link to monitor its progress.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address.

Cancellations

If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel your order, we’re here to make the cancellation process as hassle-free as possible. To cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to cancel your order before it is shipped out.

If it is too late and your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel. Please contact us and we can arrange a return for you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you. We will provide return shipping for you if it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mistercigars.com.

How can I return products?

We only accept products to be returned by mail.

Do I have to pay for returns?

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.

How will I get the return label?

For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.

Returns conditions

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your cigar or accessory to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, uncut and unlit, with cigar bands, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns process

To start a return, contact us at info@mistercigars.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet: First check your bank account again. Second contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Third contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
